The benefits of Aspartic acid

Aspartic acid is also known as aspartic acid, it is an α-amino acids, aspartic acid, L-isomer is 20 amino acids of proteins, namely protein structure units. Its codons are GAU and GAC. It is the same as with the acidic amino acid glutamate. Aspartic acid exists in the biological synthesis.
Aspartic acid is in vivo lysine, threonine, isoleucine, methionine and other amino acids and purine and pyrimidine bases of the precursor. It can be used as K +, Mg + ion carrier transport to the cardiac electrolyte, thus improving myocardial contractile function, while reducing oxygen consumption during hypoxia in the coronary circulation, the cardioprotective effect.
Aspartic acid is involved in ornithine cycle, promoting oxygen and carbon dioxide generated urea to reduce nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the blood volume, enhance liver function, and reduce fatigue.
